From 2019 to 2024, our company developed the technical documentation for the hotel’s renovation work, which included floor plans, sections, elevations, and numerous details. We also supervised the execution of the project on-site. During the design and implementation phases, the functional layout was adjusted to meet the needs of the hotel and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Work was carried out on the building’s structure, modifying the layout by creating spacious rooms and bathrooms, as well as additional functions serving the clients, and optimizing the internal communication layout to ensure safe evacuation.
