The need to increase office space was the initiator of the design of the building’s ground floor. The main concept was to highlight the existing concrete channel slabs of the ceiling. Due to the low floor height, the ceiling slabs were exposed and illuminated with linear lamps that emphasized their geometric design.

The dimensions of the office and conference rooms were tailored to accommodate the number of people using them. The color scheme of the layout was chosen to match the tenant’s preferences.
