The design intention for the workshop hall encompassed not only expansion but also a fundamental shift in its use. The facility was designed using insulated cassettes as prefabricated wall and gabled roof elements, The outer shell hides the steel structure within. The adjacent social facilities were made of brick technology covered with two roof slopes.

The overarching goal of the project was to create a functional space for a truck inspection station and a car repair shop, to create a hall’s design plan based on a detailed analysis of the work flow, storage requirements, and equipment needed for efficient station operations.

The design plan was based on the principles of maximising working space, minimising client handling, and reducing the distance travelled by workers and equipment.

Safety was a crucial factor in hall design, and the layout was designed to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries to workers.

That’s why we provided adequate lighting, ventilation, and temperature control.

Through meticulous design activities, the end result was a fully functional facility, adapted to answer the needs of servicing specialized motorized clients. Furthermore, the development of the entire plot was carefully considered, ensuring optimal utilization of space. A comprehensive road system was implemented to facilitate convenient access to the building and smooth exit from the property.
